Stronger Together 2

 The volunteer project “Stronger together 2”(Reference No.2020-1-LV02-ESC11-002970) will be implemented within the framework of the European Union program European Solidarity Corps during the 2020/2021 school year, . Within the project  the partnership is continued by Gulbene 1st  preschool a project coordinator and Gulbene 2nd preschool "Rūķītis" as a host organization.

 Within  the framework of the European Union program European Solidarity Corps, the implementation of the international volunteer youth work project "Stronger together 2" was started in September 2020.

It is planned to admit 3 young volunteers for 10 months from September 2020. Currently, two young people have arrived in Gulbene who will work in Gulbene 1st preeschool on a daily basis. Annette Czubaiko from Germany and Christoph Franz Metzler from Austria. The work of the project administration is continuing to attract a third young person. Due to the international impact of the Covid pandemic, this process has not yet materialized.

Due to this, the project administration plans the tasks of Anett and Christoph Franz in our institution as well, including regular English language classes for the staff.

Since September 23, the staff of the institution has already been provided with the opportunity to learn English once a week, together with the volunteer Annett.
